A True Thankful Heart!!!

lighten joyful

Have A Wonderful and Blessed Day!!! A Thankful Heart For Everything!!!

1Corinthians 15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

1Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Thankfulness comes from a very grateful heart

Don’t you think we should be more thankful for what God does for us everyday?
If we have a grateful heart for what God has done for us we would praise him much more often, and mean it.This doesn’t mean just everytime we recieve a blessing, but daily for what we have already recieved. Remember we deserve nothing, he has paid our sin debt in full; so if that is all we get, and it certainly is not, we have so very much to be thankful for.

Have a Heart Full Of Gladness.

Our hearts should show gladness, not misery. Our lights need to shine brightly. When people, the lost look at us, they need to say “I want what they have”. At the very least “why are they not panicky they have so much going on”. Our Hearts need to be glad, and smiling. We need to be able to speak proudly of the Lord, yell his name for all to hear. We should never be ashamed of the gosple, of our Precious Lord.

2Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

2Timothy 1:13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Our faith in Jesus Christ

Satisfying Faith, instead of a Sunday Believer, Sunday go to Service believer.
Serving Faith instead of slackly slander.

A Joyful Fellowship

Ephesians 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

FELLOWSHIP!!! Why do so many people hate to have fellowship? I believe in some cases we miss our old worldly friends. However the Lord tells us to have fellowship, so what should we do? Have fellowship with our Brothers and sisters in the Lord and not in the world. I am not even comfortable any longer with old friends. Enjoy our Family in the Lord, have joyful fellowship. The Lord tells us they (the world) will know us by our love one for another.

Be Christ Centered.

Preach the word as the word of God

Praise him for all his wonderful love.

Pray for each other as laborers.

Find things to do that are Christ Centered. When living our life we need to look for things pleasing to the Lord. Sure go to the park, the museum, zoo. However when picking activities ask the question “is this where the Lord have me to go”. Ask “is this the group of people the Lord want me to be with”.

Part of living a thankful life is how we spend our time. If we spend our time in the clubs, the local ginmill, we can’t be to thankful for what our Precious Lord did for us. If we are at the Casino betting the Lord’s money how can that show Thankfulness to him. If us as ladies are sitting with a group of know gossips complaining about our husbands, children our Pastors, how is that going to say thank you.

Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

Ephesians 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

Ephesians 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Ephesians 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,

Ephesians 4:18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

Ephesians 4:19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

Ephesians 4:20 But ye have not so learned Christ;

Ephesians 4:21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

Ephesians 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

Ephesians 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Ephesians 4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

Ephesians 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

Ephesians 4:27 Neither give place to the devil.

1John 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

1John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

1John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1John 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

What a fellowship, what a joy divine,
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms!
What a blessedness, what a peace is mine,
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms! Leaning, leaning,
Safe and secure from all alarms;
Leaning, leaning,
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms.

O how sweet to walk in this pilgrim way,
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms!
O how bright the path grows from day to day,
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms!

What have I to dread, what have I to fear,
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms!
I have peace complete with my Lord so near,
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms!

Love and Prayers
