He Cometh Quickly!!!

Good Day Rev22-13

Have a Wonderful and Blessed Day!!! The Nearness Of His Coming!!!

Revelation 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

When I first got saved I was 14 years old, I felt like I had the answer everybody was waiting for. I was sure when i shared this with my family and friends everyone was going to be so happy, and trust Jesus too. My Aunt who had taken me to this revival was letting me know this is a difficult thing to share sometimes people are not always glad to hear. I told her “Annie my Mom will be so happy she will finally have peace”. My Mom was a very sad lady in many ways. Well My Aunt was very correct. I tried to share Jesus with my Mom, kids at school (I normally talked to nobody but had to share this, truly they didn’t trust him because nobody had told them). Well after a while it wasn’t I was bringing others to Jesus it was I was giving up. People didn’t want the truth.

What is near? The fulfillment of the prophecy of this book. All that is written about future events is near. What the Bible says about the Lord’s coming is very near. It is upon us closer than we think. Now many, many years later I had learned yes many don’t want the truth, sadly this is what we see. However I have learned don’t give up; not my job to save people but to plant seeds. Not my job to ram the truth down peoples throat but the Lord tells me to give the gospel. if they don’t want to hear walk away.

Matthew 10:14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

Luke 9:5 And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.

We are to do our part, and let the Holy Spirit do his.

it is very sad when people reject The Lord, reject Heaven. I a few years ago was volunteering at Hospice. A lady was there very close to the end of her life. She liked me until she found out I was “One Of Them”. She did want Jesus, Heaven or anymore visits from me. I left that day, sat in my car prayed, and cryed. The following week she was gone into eternity.

THE TIME IS AT HAND…IT IS NEAR! We can’t say we have 5 years, or 10 years. We can’t say we even have 1 year. We may not have another week. The coming of the Lord Jesus is near. He may wait to come for you at a ripe old age. He may come for you at middle age. He may come for you while you are in your twenties, or thirties, or while you are in your teen-age years. NO ONE HAS THE CERTAINTY OF LIVING A LONG TIME UPON THIS EARTH! We can leave this earth as a youngster just as well as being an older person.

When Jesus says, “I come quickly” He means that when He starts to come, it will all be over before anyone has a chance to change their minds. It also speaks of the thoroughness of His coming. Jesus won’t start to come, and then change His mind.

Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

1Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

1Thessalonians 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

1Thessalonians 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

Some people think….Jesus can’t come now. I’m not ready. My loved ones are not ready. My life is in a mess! Jesus just can’t come now. We must have revival first before Jesus comes. Wrong! People have got to get serious with their relationship with God first. The truth is, and it’s a warning to us, Don’t expect great changes before Jesus comes back. That does not mean, people can’t change before the Lord comes, or before they go out to meet God after this life. THE WARNING IS THIS…Don’t put faith in a special moment out there when everyone is going to turn around and everything will be okay just before Jesus comes back. It will be rare. We have the Thief on the cross but how many other incidents like that do we read in the Bible?

It’s a warning, don’t put faith in something dramatically changing your heart at the very last moment.

1Thessalonians 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

Revelation 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

Revelations 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

The one who is doing wrong, still do wrong. The one who is filthy, still be filthy. The way you live is the way you die. The one who is righteous, keep on practicing righteousness. the one who is holy, keep on living holy.” The way you live is the way you die. You live without Jesus, you die without Jesus. (Yes, praise God, for His grace and at the 11:00 hour of life a person can surrender to Jesus.) The warning is this….don’t count on that for your situation. Eternity is way too important to take chances.

You live out of God’s will, you die out of God’s will. You live a selfish life, you die a selfish person.

And it works on the other hand, you live for Jesus, you die with Jesus. You live with Christ upon your heart, you die with Christ in your heart. You live for Jesus, you die with Jesus.

God’s Final Warning!!!

1) His coming is near. (Revelation 22:10) “time is at hand”

2) His coming will be quickly. (Revelation 22:7,12,20)

3) His coming will not wait on your preparation.(Revelation 22:11,12)

And now a 4th Warning:

4) Jesus is coming for Possessors, not Professors.(Revelation 22:14,15)

Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Many profess to be a follower of Jesus, but they do not possess the life of Jesus. Outwardly, they make a good pretense at being Saved, but they do not possess Jesus.

There are folks who claim to believe in Jesus, but don’t have any indication, any proof, any evidence that they love Jesus. They are not “doers” of what Jesus says, but only pretenders. They give “lip” service to Jesus, but there is no heart service.

They put on a good front before others, but they do not have a desire to follow Jesus. When He says, “blessed are they that do his commandments…” it means the folks who put God’s Word to practice. This is not earning Heaven by our own goodness, or by living right; but we have a relationship with Jesus. In this relationship, we allow Jesus to live His life in us.

I know some who tell me “I believe in Jesus but it is a very personal thing and not to be talked about with others”. Where is that in the word of God? I do believe that it is the complete opposite, therefore I don’t believe they are truly trusting Jesus or love him, sounds like they are embarrassed of him.

THE WARNING IS CLEAR…..Jesus is coming for those who are truly born again. One of the signs that you are born again, there is a commitment to follow Jesus.

You follow Jesus. You follow His teachings. You obey His commands. When you sin, you confess your sin before the Lord and experience forgiveness. This teaching is overlooked today in many churches. After we come to Christ, we then follow Christ. No where in the scriptures does it teach that we come and ask Jesus to be our Saviour with the intentions to live as we please, do as we please, and live in disobedience to the Lord.

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

There is the NEARNESS of His Coming that we are warned about.

There is the QUICKNESS of His Coming that we are warned about.

There is the URGENT PREPARATION NEEDED prior to His coming that we are warned about.

There will only be the REAL CHRISTIANS leaving at His coming that we are warned about.

DON’T DELAY GOD’S INVITATION

Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

REDEEMED

Redeemed, how I love to proclaim it!
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed through His infinite mercy,
His child and forever I am.

Redeemed, redeemed,
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed, redeemed,
His child and forever I am.

Redeemed, and so happy in Jesus,
No language my rapture can tell;
I know that the light of His presence
With me doth continually dwell.

I think of my blessed Redeemer,
I think of Him all the day long:
I sing, for I cannot be silent;
His love is the theme of my song.

I know I shall see in His beauty
The King in whose law I delight;
Who lovingly guardeth my footsteps,
And giveth me songs in the night.

I know there’s a crown that is waiting
In yonder bright mansion for me,
And soon, with the spirits made perfect,
At home with the Lord I shall be.

Love and Prayers

    A very powerful message. I pray that it will resound, without apology in the hearts of all who shall read it.
    The Lord’s return is imminent.
    Thank You, Father for Your grace and mercies and for obedient servants, in Jesus Name. Amen.
