A Prayer and A Promise From Our Precious Lord!!!

Have A Wonderful and Blessed Day!!!! A Precious Promise and Prayer!!!
A PRECIOUS PROMISE;

2Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
2Peter 3:11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
2Peter 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

2Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Many times we see in scripture what will happen to the unrighteousness, to the darkness, to those siding with Satan (keep in mind if your not on the Lord’s side you are on Satan’s side). He However has something about what will be for us his children. Here we see as a thief in the night the Lord will destroy the earth and all the works there in. All will be destroyed by fire. Then he reassures us his children according to his promise, we will see a new heaven, a new earth where will only dwell righteousness.

GOD IS SO GOOD, SO PERFECT, SO RIGHTEOUS. THANK HIM DAILY!!!!

A PRECIOUS PRAYER;
Habakkuk 3:1 A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth.
Habakkuk 3:2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
Habakkuk 3:3 God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
Habakkuk PRAYING for revival, how many of us pray for revival? How often do we pray for lost souls, how often do we pray for salvation for people other than Mother, Father, Brother, or Sister? Time is Short, we need to pray and do more than just pray, to fast, and pray, and hand out some tracts, maybe write some letters, visit some people.

GOD’S FINAL CALL
Someday you’ll hear God’s Final Call to you
To take his offer of salvation true-
This could be it my friend if you but knew-
God’s Final Call, God’s Final Call
How can you live another day in sin,
Thinking some day with Christ you will begin?
O will you hear above the world’s loud din-
God’s Final Call, God’s Final Call
If you reject God’s Final Call of grace,
You’ll have no chance your footsteps to retrace
All hope will then be gone and doom you’ll face.
O hear his call! God’s Final Call
A PASSION FOR SOULS
Give me a passion for souls, dear Lord,
A passion to save the lost;
O that Thy love were by all adored,
And welcomed at any cost.
Jesus, I long, I long to be winning
Men who are lost, and constantly sinning;
O may this hour be one of beginning
The story of pardon to tell.
Though there are dangers untold and stern
Confronting me in the way,
Willingly still would I go, nor turn,
But trust Thee for grace each day.
How shall this passion for souls be mine?
Lord, make Thou the answer clear;
Help me to throw out the old life line
To those who are struggling near.
HAVE I DONE MY BEST
I wonder have I done my best for Jesus,
Who died upon the cruel tree?
To think of His great sacrifice at Calvary!
I know my Lord expects the best from me.
How many are the lost that I have lifted?
How many are the chained I’ve helped to free?
I wonder, have I done my best for Jesus,
When He has done so much for me?
The hours that I have wasted are so many
The hours I’ve spent for Christ so few;
Because of all my lack of love for Jesus,
I wonder if His heart is breaking too.
I wonder have I cared enough for others,
Or have I let them die alone?
I might have helped a wand’rer to the Saviour,
The seed of precious Life I might have sown.
No longer will I stay within the valley
I’ll climb to mountain heights above;
The world is dying now for want of someone
To tell them of the Saviour’s matchless love.

Love and Prayers
Cheryl
