We Aren’t Promised Tomorrow!!!

Have A Wonderful & Blessed Day!!! Not Promised Tomorrow!!!

None Of Us Are Are Guaranteed Tomorrow In James We Are Told “Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away”. In Luke 12:20 The Lord is telling the Rich man “thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee”; This rich man was all about money, getting more than he needed together for himself.
If we knew today was our last day somehow we had that knowledge for some strange reason we woke up today and got that knowledge; If Today Was Your Last Day, Where Would You Go? What Would You Do? How Would You Spend It? What Would Be The Biggest Thing On Your Heart?

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

Would we witness to the family we have dreading to say anything to? Would we hand a tract to all of the co-workers that we were afraid of being laughed at before. Would we go door to door something we thought “No Way You will never catch me doing that”, Will you empty the garbage cans at church because before that was just “Beneath Us”.

Would we apologize to people we had hurt, or held unforgiveness towards? Where would our heart be, what would be the most important thing of our hearts to do that last day? Would it be for Eternity or would our minds still be for the flesh? Surrender is the most important decision that we could make. No other choice matters, If you honestly believe that today is your last day then you must make sure that you have surrendered to God.

The Psalmist in Psalm 84 says that he would rather be the lowly door keeper than to enjoy the temporary pleasures of sin. Many people that claim to be Christians seem to prefer the wickedness and sin of this world over the service of the Lord. Psalm 84 closes with praises to the Lord and exalting Him. In doing so, it reminds us that genuine happiness can only come by putting our faith and trust in the Lord. The person who walks in faith is blessed and can count on the Lord showing Himself strong in their needs. God’s people need to be in the business of spreading the word that faith in Jesus pays off. Our job is to share the Gospel of grace with a world that is sold under sin! If I only had one day, I’d hope I would I would take some time telling someone about Him, and quality time with my loved ones explaining to them the importance of living right for Jesus and not making sinful mistakes their Mother/Grandmother made. I would want that last day;
ABOUT THE PRECIOUS LORD AND NOT ABOUT ME!!!!

Matthew 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Matthew 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Matthew 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Luke 12:20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

Psalm 84:1 How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!

Psalm 84:3 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
Psalm 84:4 Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.
Psalm 84:5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

Psalm 84:8 O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.
Psalm 84:9 Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.
Psalm 84:10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Psalm 84:12 O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Proverbs 27:1 Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.
Proverbs 27:2 Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.

Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
Matthew 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Matthew 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
Matthew 6:23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

TAKE THE WORLD, BUT GIVE ME JESUS
Take the world, but give me Jesus,
All its joys are but a name;
But His love abideth ever,
Through eternal years the same.
Oh, the height and depth of mercy!
Oh, the length and breadth of love!
Oh, the fullness of redemption,
Pledge of endless life above!
Take the world, but give me Jesus,
Sweetest comfort of my soul;
With my Savior watching o’er me,
I can sing though billows roll.
Oh, the height and depth of mercy!
Oh, the length and breadth of love!
Oh, the fullness of redemption,
Pledge of endless life above!
Take the world, but give me Jesus,
Let me view His constant smile;
Then throughout my pilgrim journey
Light will cheer me all the while.
Oh, the height and depth of mercy!
Oh, the length and breadth of love!
Oh, the fullness of redemption,
Pledge of endless life above!
Take the world, but give me Jesus.
In His cross my trust shall be,
Till, with clearer, brighter vision,
Face to face my Lord I see.
Oh, the height and depth of mercy!
Oh, the length and breadth of love!
Oh, the fullness of redemption,
Pledge of endless life above!

TRUSTING JESUS
Simply trusting every day,
Trusting through a stormy way;
Even when my faith is small,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Brightly does His Spirit shine
Into this poor heart of mine;
While He leads I cannot fall;
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Singing if my way is clear,
Praying if the path be drear;
If in danger for Him call;
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting Him while life shall last,
Trusting Him till earth be past;
Till within the jasper wall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.

Love and Prayers
