Unanswered Prayers

Have A Wonderful & Blessed Day!!! Unanswered Prayers!!!

There Are Different Reasons For Unanswered Prayers We Will Talk About, Trust, Maturity, Attention, Perseverance, Timing;

Why does the Lord remain silent when we are asking, and asking for a certain request? Sometimes we are not hearing his voice, he maybe telling us something and we are so anxious over one thing we are ignoring the sound of his voice. He may be trying to get our attention over something that is very important and we are so caught up in something and totally missing it. We may need to just take some time in quiet and really listen, and ask him.

Trust this is a big one, we go before the Lord and ask and yet we are not trusting. We tell others they need to trust, and find that so easy to say, but when it comes to our heart we have problems with that trust thing. The Lord may be trying to help us learn trust. How often are we praying and in our heart are we thinking “why am I asking only others get prayer answered”. Just because you do not have an immediate answer does not mean he is ignoring you. He’s already working on the situation. Whatever He’s doing is good, even if you can’t perceive the out come. We are called to live by faith, not by feelings or sight The important issue is not what you see or feel, but what God has promised: Remember the Lord and him alone knows what is best, in our minds we think we do, he has the best solution.

Immaturity is characterized by an unwillingness to wait. The Lord often times has to teach us maturity. Any mother of a newborn can testify to this: when the baby’s hungry, there’s no peace until he’s fed. Sadly, that’s how some Christians behave, and it is one thing for a newborns behavior, however when adults act like this it is seriously unattractive, and I am sure the Lord is not pleased with us at this point.

Persevere, continue communicating with the Lord. Keep asking, seeking, and knocking but don’t let it end there. Sit quietly with Him and listen for his voice. when praying let it be a conversation. Don’t let it be a laundry, or shopping list, we are talking to our Precious Lord, and Savior. Take time with him, if your prayers aren’t answered, or not according to your liking don’t get downhearted, trust, pay attention, be mature, keep waiting. Don’t give up on him, he knows what is best for our life, and he is going to work out the details, we have to listen for and to his voice. Don’t give up, don’t get angry, don’t forget about his promises….

The Lord’s silence is not forever. In His perfect time, the answer will come. And if you faithfully and patiently wait for Him, you’ll discover that your relationship with Him has grown through the experience. You will have learned to sit with Him through silence, not relying on His activity to encourage you, but simply delighting in His presence. Remember we are here for him. You will come to peace, joy, and a true relationship filled with trust, love for the Precious Savior who gave so much for each of us, and deserves so much back.

Conquering now and still to conquer, rideth a King in His might;
Leading the host of all the faithful into the midst of the fight;
See them with courage advancing, clad in their brilliant array,
Shouting the Name of their Leader, hear them exultingly say:
Not to the strong is the battle, not to the swift is the race,
Yet to the true and the faithful vict’ry is promised through grace.
Conquering now and still to conquer, who is this wonderful King?
Whence are the armies which He leadeth, while of His glory they sing?
He is our Lord and Redeemer, Savior and Monarch divine;
They are the stars that forever bright in His kingdom shall shine.
Conquering now and still to conquer, Jesus, Thou Ruler of all,
Thrones and their scepters all shall perish, crowns and their splendor shall fall,
Yet shall the armies Thou leadest, faithful and true to the last,
Find in Thy mansions eternal rest, when their warfare is past.
Simply trusting every day,
Trusting through a stormy way;
Even when my faith is small,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Brightly does His Spirit shine
Into this poor heart of mine;
While He leads I cannot fall;
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Singing if my way is clear,
Praying if the path be drear;
If in danger for Him call;
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting Him while life shall last,
Trusting Him till earth be past;
Till within the jasper wall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
Trusting as the moments fly,
Trusting as the days go by;
Trusting Him whate’er befall,
Trusting Jesus, that is all.
