Have A Wonderful And Blessed Day!!! A Promise and A Prayer

Psalm 103:17 But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;

It is wonderful and blessed that the Lord who owes us not one thing abounds with mercy toward us all. He tells us in Psalm 103 from everlasting to everlasting to them who fear him, AMEN thank you Lord. Now fear mentioned here is not “oh I am frightened of my Lord as in something scary. It is a great respect. Like years ago before the Government said we can’t discipline our children (I am talking Biblical discipline. not horrible abuse), if Dad came home from work before he was in the door most children when they knew they were disobedient during the day they feared what was coming. Keep in mind our Lord can’t lie, doesn’t break his promises, doesn’t talk just to hear himself talk. What is your relationship with the Precious Heavenly Father that Loves you beyond all measure??? Who is first in your Life?

John 11:41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.
John 11:42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.
John 11:43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.

This is a prayer Jesus had prayed unto the Father thanking the father for hearing his prayer about his friend Lazarus. Lazarus had died and his Sisters were upset that he was dead even telling Jesus he has been dead four days he stinketh. However Jesus thanking the Father for hearing his prayer then called out to Lazarus “come forth”, and Lazarus did just that. The Lord listens and hears our prayers just like he did hear Jesus prayers. Prayer from us is just as important. How is your prayer life. Don’t wait for a problem to pray. Don’t be the problem praying type. Be the person who gets up in the morning go to pray talk to the Lord in the morning, in the afternoon and through out the day. Would you be ok if you needed God and he chose to ignore you and “say sorry Cheryl its not your day to hear you” how about your children you want to hug them and hear about their day and they ignore you? Think about that…..
When I survey the wondrous cross
On which the Prince of glory died,
My richest gain I count but loss,
And pour contempt on all my pride.
Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast,
Save in the death of Christ my God!
All the vain things that charm me most,
I sacrifice them to His blood.
See from His head, His hands, His feet,
Sorrow and love flow mingled down!
Did e’er such love and sorrow meet,
Or thorns compose so rich a crown?
His dying crimson, like a robe,
Spreads o’er His body on the tree;
Then I am dead to all the globe,
And all the globe is dead to me.
Were the whole realm of nature mine,
That were a present far too small;
Love so amazing, so divine,
Demands my soul, my life, my all.

Take the world, but give me Jesus,
All its joys are but a name;
But His love abideth ever,
Through eternal years the same.
Oh, the height and depth of mercy!
Oh, the length and breadth of love!
Oh, the fullness of redemption,
Pledge of endless life above!
Take the world, but give me Jesus,
Sweetest comfort of my soul;
With my Savior watching o’er me,
I can sing though billows roll.
Take the world, but give me Jesus,
Let me view His constant smile;
Then throughout my pilgrim journey
Light will cheer me all the while.
Take the world, but give me Jesus;
In His cross my trust shall be,
Till, with clearer, brighter vision,
Face to face my Lord I see.
Love and Prayers
