A Precious Promise and Prayer :)

friday James 1 3

Have a Wonderful and Blessed Day!!! A Promise And A Prayer!!!

A PRECIOUS PROMISE;
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

In the world we live much adversity comes our way, much danger, violence, exists. However the Lord promises us that he will keep us safe. He tells us anyone comes up against his children will be dealt with. In Job he is talking about a time to come renewal, revival, and a flourishing. The Lord wants us to live in the light of His resurrection promises. We can because He promises to guard us in His righteousness and keep us secure.

Keep in mind nothing is bigger than our Lord, those of us who are his children here in this world this is the worst it will ever be then beautiful, perfect eternity.
PRECIOUS PRAYER;
Psalm 143:1 A Psalm of David. Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
Psalm 143:2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.
Psalm 143:3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
Psalm 143:4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
Psalm 143:5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
Psalm 143:6 I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
Psalm 143:7 Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.
Psalm 143:8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
Psalm 143:9 Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
Psalm 143:10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
Psalm 143:11 Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble.
Psalm 143:12 And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.

This is a Beautiful Prayer that David prays unto the LORD!!! If we would just have the hearts to pray as David. The Love as David had for the Lord, and the repentive Heart!!!

HOW GREAT THOU ART
O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the *worlds thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the *rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed:
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
When through the woods and forest glades I wander
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees,
When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur,
And hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze:
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
And when I think that God, his Son not sparing,
Sent him to die, I scarce can take it in,
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!
Then *I shall bow in humble adoration,
And there proclaim, My God, how great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!

COME THOU FOUNT
Come, thou Fount of every blessing,
tune my heart to sing thy grace; streams of mercy,
never ceasing, call for songs of loudest praise.
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
sung by flaming tongues above. Praise the mount!
I’m fixed upon it, mount of thy redeeming love.
Here I raise mine Ebenezer; hither by thy help I’m come;
and I hope, by thy good pleasure, safely to arrive at home.
Jesus sought me when a stranger, wandering from the fold of God;
he, to rescue me from danger, interposed his precious blood.
O to grace how great a debtor daily I’m constrained to be!
Let thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to thee.
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it, prone to leave the
God I love; here’s my heart, O take and seal it,
seal it for thy courts above.
Love and Prayers
Cheryl
