What Is Your Gift?

Have A Wonderful and Blessed Day!!! Use Your Gift To Glorify God!!!

To Take All Your Talents, Gifts, All That The Lord Has Given To You, Then Take Your Time, And Help Others, Glorify The Lord With These Things; The Lord has given us talents, gifts, abilities not to keep wrapped up for special occasions. Oftentimes when we can use these gifts it will bless us. I am blessed with helping with children, and have worked in Special Education; when someone asks me a question about these things I feel blessed and important, and even needed.
Whoever you are, wherever you’ve come from, your reason for existence on planet earth is the same. You have been created for the glory of God to take all that you are and all that you have and use it to magnify our Precious Lord.

There’s nothing worse than finding something laying around the house that’s broken or no longer serves the purpose for which it was created. A light bulb that no longer lights up; a shovel with a broken handle; or a banana that’s gone all brown and mushy. Yet that’s what we’re like when we fail to glorify our Precious Lord. We’re not doing what we were made to do; we’re not being who we were created to be. And that in fact puts us in a worse position than a light bulb that no longer lights up, a shovel without a handle, and a brown, mushy banana.

Every Christian has received a gift, a talent, from God. Everyone who’s been truly born-again, or inwardly renewed by the Holy Spirit, has received a gift from God, a spiritual gift. We all must unwrap the gift God’s given you, then start to use this gift, its not to be put in the closet for a rainy day, or just used for certain people. There are evidently no exceptions. If you’re a Christian, God’s given you a gift.

Don’t be afraid or discouraged if you lack the strength to serve. The best thing to do is to acknowledge that fact. Then, pray that God would give you a fresh start, and trust that he has heard your prayer and will respond. When you’ve done that, act in faith that the grace of God’s Spirit will meet you in the moment of service and supply you with supernatural strength. And, as you see him answer, be sure to thank him for his empowering grace that’s enabled you to serve.
God’s gifts don’t stop being gifts once they’ve been received. We’re to use our gifts to serve others with joy, and gladness, in the strength that God himself supplies. God is the one who empowers you to use the gift he’s given you. And in this way, God gets the glory as the Giver not only of the gift, but of the grace to use it.

⦁ Unwrap your gift!!!
⦁ Don’t waste it use it well.
⦁ Just because it’s got your name on it, that doesn’t mean it’s just for you.
⦁ Serve in the strength that God supplies.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Romans 12:4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:

Romans 12:7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
Romans 12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
Romans 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
Romans 12:11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
Romans 12:12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
Romans 12:13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

Romans 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
Romans 12:18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

1Peter 4:8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
1Peter 4:9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging.
1Peter 4:10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
1Peter 4:11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
1Peter 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
1Peter 4:13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
1Peter 4:14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
Isaiah 43:5 Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;
Isaiah 43:6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;
Isaiah 43:7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.
Isaiah 43:8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.
Acts 3:7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Acts 3:8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
Acts 3:9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
Acts 3:10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.
Acts 3:11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering.
Acts 3:12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
A charge to keep I have,
A God to glorify,
A never-dying soul to save,
And fit it for the sky.
To serve the present age,
My calling to fulfill:
O may it all my powers engage
To do my Master’s will!
Arm me with jealous care,
As in Thy sight to live;
And O Thy servant, Lord, prepare
A strict account to give!
Help me to watch and pray,
And on Thyself rely,
Assured, if I my trust betray,
I shall for ever die.

It matters so little
How much you may own
The places you’ve been
Or people that you k
For it all comes to nothing
When placed at His feet
It’s nothing to Jesus
Just memories to me
You can take all the treasures
From far away lands
And take all the riches
you can hold in your hands
And take all the pleasures
Your riches can buy
But will it help
When it’s your time to die
Only one life
So soon it will pass
Only what’s done for Christ will last
Only one chance to do His will
So give to Jesus all you days
It’s the only life that pays
When you recall
You have but one life
The days pass so swiftly
The months come and go
The years melt away
Like new falling s
Spring turns to summer
Then summer to fall
Autumn brings winter
Then death come to all
Only one life
So soon it will pass
Only what’s done for Christ will last
Only one chance to do His will
So give to Jesus all you days
It’s the only life that pays
When you recall
You have but one life

Love and Prayers
