Have A Wonderful and Blessed day!!! What Can We Give Jesus!!!

Hebrews 13:1 Let brotherly love continue.
Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Hebrews 13:3 Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Hebrews 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Hebrews 13:7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Hebrews 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
Hebrews 13:10 We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
Hebrews 13:11 For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
Hebrews 13:12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
Hebrews13:13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
Hebrews 13:14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
Hebrews 13:16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Hebrews 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
Hebrews 13:18 Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.
Hebrews 13:19 But I beseech you the rather to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.
Hebrews 13:20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
Hebrews 13:21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Hebrews 13:22 And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.
Hebrews 13:23 Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.
Hebrews 13:24 Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.
Hebrews 13:25 Grace be with you all. Amen.

My kids ask me every year “Mom what do you want for Christmas”. I had no idea. The things I truly want we can’t buy in Walmart, or any other store. I want the lost to come to salvation. I want the families that are hurting to be healed. I want those suffering with awful illnesses to be better and have comfort. With that in mind, what is it that you can give Jesus this year?

The Wise Men gave Jesus gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Gold is the gift for a King- Jesus is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Frankincense was a gift for a priest. Jesus is our High Priest. Myrrh is used for someone who has died. Jesus died for the sins of the world.
So, what can you give Jesus? Give Him your love, give others love and forgiveness.
Hebrews 13:1 Let brotherly love continue.
Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

1. Loving your Christian brothers and sisters.
Christians, we should pray for one another, help one another, listen to one another, and put up with one another- We are family. In many cases our Brother and Sisters in the Lord are much closer to us than our biological family. I have two brothers in the Lord name Jim, and Wayne, they truly care more about my well-being than my two biological brothers. Their love is far more genuine than my biological brothers. We need to love and pray for our Brothers and Sisters in the Lord. We need to encourage them.

Hebrews 13:2:
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

2. Helping those that are in need, and we all know some people who are hurting.

Have you ever considered the fact that when you are helping strangers that you could be helping an angel? That’s an interesting thought. We should minister to those who God puts in front of us.

Hebrews 13:3
Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.

Give Jesus your love by…

3. Remembering those who are mistreated and are suffering.
You are not only supposed to remember these that are being mistreated; but you are to handle it as if it were you going through this suffering.

The following are things we should ask for:
Faith

Purpose

Refresh your faith in the new year…

Learn More

Read the word of God, study it and ask for knowledge and wisdom.
Renew your purpose in the new year…Ask the Lord what he would have for you to do in this New year. Is there something on your heart that maybe the Lord is telling you to be part of in this New year:
*Teaching Sunday School
*Involved with Outreach, Door to door, Street Ministry, Card ministry,
*Volunteer work at Hospice, local hospital, nursing homes.

Give Jesus your love by…
4. Being faithful, and loving to your spouse.

Give Jesus your love by…
5. Not loving money.
The love of money is the root of all evil. Be content with what you have. God is who will take care of you.

Give Jesus your love by…

6. Staying focused on the truth of the Word.
*Getting the word out to the lost and hurting!!
Hebrews 13:15
Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Give Jesus your love by…
7. Praising His name.
Jesus is the only name worthy of our praise.
Psalm 145:2 Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
Psalm 145:3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
2Samuel 22:3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
2Samuel 22:4 I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

“And do not forget to do good and to share the gospel with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.
Pray for us. We are sure that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way. I particularly urge you to pray for others, and for the return of our Precious Savior daily.
Don’t forget to do good and share with one another. Let’s remember who God has called each of us to be. This Christmas, give Jesus your love.
If you are not sure of the gift the Lord has given you to use for his honour and glory ask him.
HEAVEN CAME DOWN
O what a wonderful, wonderful day – day I will never forget;
After I’d wandered in darkness away, Jesus my Saviour I met.
O what a tender, compassionate friend – He met the need of my heart;
Shadows dispelling, With joy I am telling, He made all the darkness depart.

Heaven came down and glory filled my soul,
When at the cross the Saviour made me whole;
My sins were washed away –
And my night was turned to day –
Heaven came down and glory filled my soul!
Born of the Spirit with life from above into God’s fam’ly divine,
Justified fully thru Calvary’s love, O what a standing is mine!
And the transaction so quickly was made when as a sinner I came,
Took of the offer of grace He did proffer – He saved me, O praise His dear name!

Heaven came down and glory filled my soul,
When at the cross the Saviour made me whole;
My sins were washed away –
And my night was turned to day –
Heaven came down and glory filled my soul!
Now I’ve a hope that will surely endure after the passing of time;
I have a future in heaven for sure, there in those mansions sublime.
And it’s because of that wonderful day when at the cross I believed;
Riches eternal and blessings supernal from His precious hand I received.

Heaven came down and glory filled my soul,
When at the cross the Saviour made me whole;
My sins were washed away –
And my night was turned to day –
Heaven came down and glory filled my soul!
Heaven came down and glory filled my soul!
Love and Prayers
