Let us Open Our Eyes to TRUTH

Epesians 4 31 32

LOVING ONE ANOTHER

John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
John 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Revenge is for The Mighty God and Savior
tO MURDER SOMEONE OR DESTROY PROPERTY BECAUSE SOMETHING WICKED HAPPENED TO YOU IS A WICKED CHOICE. THE LORD WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. SADLY OFTEN TIMES WHEN WE ARE TAKING CARE OF IT IN OUR OWN WICKED SELFISH WAYS THE LORD WILL LET US ON OUR OWN.

Romans 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
Romans 12:18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Romans 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Romans 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
Romans 12:21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION

I sure see a lot of confusion in our world. People that have dealt drugs, have murdered, have abused children are now being praised and worshipped. So much confusion on many levels. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR CHILDREN BECAUSE OF THIS????

1Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Psalm 17:9 From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about.
Psalm 17:10 They are inclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly.
Psalm 17:11 They have now compassed us in our steps: they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth;
Psalm 17:12 Like as a lion that is greedy of his prey, and as it were a young lion lurking in secret places.

FORGIVE OTHERS AS HE HAS FORGIVEN US
If we choose not to forgive others the Lord will not forgive us. Sorry I truly know and believe I would rather have forgiveness from the Lord and be under his grace.
MarK 11:25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
MarK 11:26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

We need to wake up and look at all the wickedness and ask the Lord what is going on this is not just pride (which destroys), it is not just racism, not just which class we are, does it exist sure it does but more the fact that people are inigniting it to cause division (another thing the Lord hates).

WE NEED TO WAKE UP TO THE TRUTH!!

Matthew 22 36

WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS WICKED, AND SINFUL WORLD!!!

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

We see in Genesis one God made man in his own image. He doesn’t mention color, just man, and he made woman out of man took a rib from Adam and made woman, again I see color mentioned anywhere. He does tell us to love others as we love ourself.
John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
John 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Again no mention of which race to love he commands us to love OTHERS!!! When we hate someone just because of their skin color we are telling God he did an awful job.
Are there white racists? YES- Does that mean everyone with the white skin color is racist?
NO IT DOES NOT!!!
Are there Black racist? YES- Does that mean every one with the skin color black, brown racist?
NO IT DOES NOT!!!
Do some Whites sterotype blacks? YES Do all whites sterotype blacks? No they do not!!
Do some blacks sterotype whites? Yes Some do!! Do all Blacks sterotype whites? No they do not.
NOT ALL DO!!

Do some Police Officers Use excessive force and act more harsh to the Blacks? Yes some do. Do some Police officers use excessive force on whites!! YES THEY DO, but not everyone of them.
Does that mean every Police Officer fits into this catergory? NO THEY ARE NOT ALL BAD!!!
So many more comparisons I could make and try to get people to realize in every race of people there are some really awful people; this does not mean when someone of an opposite color commits a crime we should say “Yes there are them racist whites hating on us”, “Yes there are those blacks shooting the place up”, NEVER SHOULD A WHOLE GROUP OF PEOPLE BE CALLED OUT DUE TO SOMEONE OF THE SAME RACE COMMITTING A CRIME.

Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Take time to read the word of God as here in Ephesians warns us of the devil, and he is here to destroy, steal peoples joy, cause confusion, and heartache. This world is handing the enemy our joy in these last days on a silver platter. We have higher powers baiting people, and paying people of all races (by the way the Lord, the almighty God sees the saved race, and unsaved, he never separtes us by color), who would do such a thing??? We have people with more money than we can even comprehend and they are working for the enemy, for Satan, for the Devil. They pay people to act in certain ways to cause division. Sadly too many people of all colors fall right into the trap. If the enemy can keep people killing each other, hating each other, harming in anyway each other the distractions it gives makes it easier to set up his short rein…ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT, ONE WORLD RELIGION, IT IS ALL TALKED ABOUT IN THE WORD OF GOD!!
We need to look at eternity and not our short time here. Jesus Christ died for all mankind, he suffered far worse than any person beaten, or murdered. Our every concern needs to be What does the Lord expect from me!!! Where will I spend eternity. All this will be over before we know it, and then eternity, and that is a very long time.

John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

CALL UPON THE LORD ASK HIM HIM CLARITY, ASK HIM FOR DIRECTION!!! hE WILL BE CALLING HIS CHILDREN HOME VERY SOON….IN HEAVEN NONE OF THIS SINFUL HATE, DIVISION, HURT WILL NOT BE THERE.

Good Night And Peaceful Sleep!!

Good night God bless with sweet dreams

Have a Wonderful and Blessed Night Sleep. Please PRAY for one another, Pray for the lost, pray for the family. If your not saved, not born again PLEASE trust him today…We are not promised tomorrow. I am sure many have questioned eternity over these past couple months. I hope many have realized more going on here than COVID 19…If you are saved, born-again get the gospel out to everyone….Get Praying more diligently and fervently!!!
John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

1Thessalonians 5:16 Rejoice evermore.
1Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
1Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

There’s room at the cross for you
There’s room at the cross for you
Though millions have come
There’s still room for one
Yes, there’s room at the cross for you.
There’s room at the cross for you
There’s room at the cross for you
Though millions have come
There’s still room for one
Yes, There’s room at the cross for you

Praise the Lord!!!

How is everyone doing? It has been difficult to not send out my daily devotional. My son and his wife allowed me to stay in the in-law apartment while his in-laws are in Texas. A HUGE thank you to the Gordon’s. My husband works at the local prison and was exposed to the virus so not safe for me to be home. The Lord does take very good care of his children.

It is amazing how many blessings we have and yet take them for granted. With all my illnesses and autoimmune illnesses I am home all the time. However my home has so many blessings that I overlook.

Let us take time to look around our home and at our family and be thankful for all the Lord has given to us. Many believe the Lord’s return could be any day!! Are we all ready?

Revelation 22:12 – And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

1 Thessalonians 5:2 – For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 – For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Is this A One More Chance from The Savior!!

Have a Wonderful and Blessed day!!! Do You Know Where You Will Spend Eternity!!!!

EVERYONE CAN KNOW FOR SURE ON HEAVEN.
John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
John 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
John 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

We are in a very wicked, tumultuous time. Right now people Old, Young, Lost, and Saved are questioning all the events that are happening. I have been asked many questions from both the lost and saved. Some of the following is what people are asking.

I. IS THIS GOD’S FINAL JUDGEMENT?
II. IS THIS HAPPENING FOR SET UP FOR ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT, RELIGION, MONEY SYSTEM?
III. IS JESUS COMING SOON?
IV. IS THIS A FAKE VIRUS?
V. IS THIS TO GET MARTIAL LAW STARTED?
As I will not say any of these are right or wrong it does give us much to consider.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
Genesis 7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
Genesis 7:2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.

We can read in the word of God some different occasions when God’s longsuffering came to an end and judgement fell. Probably one of the most recognized is Noah!!!
The faith Noah had when he was building the ark was amazing. First of all consider it never rained before and he is building this huge ark to protect him and his family from the rains flooding the earth. Can you imagine the mocking he took. I am sure some days it was intense. However he kept the faith and kept building. Can you imagine the fear from the mockers when the ark closed up and the rain started.
Why was God angry during the time of Noah? Much of the same things are happening in our world today!!

The bible warns about murder, fornication, homosexuality, idolatry. Well look and it won’t take long to recognize every one of these not happening in a far away land but right here in our own backyards.
THE FOLLOWING OCCURS DAILY:
Murder including the horrible murder of the unborn. Exodus 23:7 Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.

Romans 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
Fornication this covers many things. Sex outside of marriage, sex with same gender, even pornography.
1Corinthians 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
1Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
1Corinthians 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Homosexuality, is also evil in the eyes of our Precious, perfect, sinless Father. Incest, sex with animals (some may laugh but in last few years I have seen a few cases where people have been caught doing this).
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Leviticus 20:14 And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.
Leviticus 20:15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.
Leviticus 20:16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Leviticus 20:17 And if a man shall take his sister, his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister’s nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.

THESE VERSES ARE IN THE WORD OF GOD. HE GAVE US HIS WORD SO WE WOULD KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE, THINGS TO AVOID, THINGS TO DO.

When we stand before the Mighty God, our Lord and Savior how will we feel if he asks do you read my book? Did you ignore what you read? Why did you mock my words? Right there in front of him we will find no humor in mischief, disobedience, any sin we thought “It is okay I am an adult it won’t hurt anyone”.
1Kings 14:22 And Judah did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked him to jealousy with their sins which they had committed, above all that their fathers had done.
1Kings 14:23 For they also built them high places, and images, and groves, on every high hill, and under every green tree.
1Kings 14:24 And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

Mischief we have become a society where we joke about mischief or will say “my toddler is full of mischief”. This is again something the Lord frowns upon.
Proverbs 24:7 Wisdom is too high for a fool: he openeth not his mouth in the gate.
Proverbs 24:8 He that deviseth to do evil shall be called a mischievous person.
Proverbs 24:9 The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men.
Psalm 36:3 The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good.
Psalm 36:4 He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil.
Psalm 36:5 Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
Psalm 36:6 Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.
Idoltry, and Covetness is truly against the Lord. These are so present in our nature and we need to stop.
Colossians 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
Colossians 3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
Colossians 3:6 For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
Colossians 3:7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
Colossians 3:8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
Colossians 3:9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
1John 5:19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

1John 5:21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
To my Dear Catholic friends. The Lord says no statues, no idols, one mediator between us and God, NO INFANT BAPTISM, do not call anyone father but only your Father in Heaven and your biological father. The Priest is not your father. No rosary beads, no pew fees, no purgatory only Heaven and Hell, once someone dies it is one or the other and no amount of prayers will ever remove them from where they ended up.

Matthew 23:8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
Matthew 23:9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
Matthew 23:10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.
1Timothy 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
1Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
1Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
1Timothy 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

Luke 16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
Luke 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
Luke 16:24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
Luke 16:25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
Luke 16:26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
Luke 16:27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:
Luke 16:28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
Luke 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
The mark of the Beast in the tribulation after God takes his Church home in the rapture. The Church are the believers not the Catholic Church, not the Methodist, Not the Lutherans, Not the Baptists.
Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Revelation 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Revelation 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Revelation 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Revelation 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Please if you have never called upon the Lord and savior our sinless, perfect, no spot nor blemish he was the perfect lamb of God. Call upon him today. This could be a last call from the Lord and maybe not. We are not guaranteed tomorrow repent of your sins, we all have sineed nobody has ever kept the 10 commandments (actually many more than 10). Jesus spilled his precious blood because no body could keep the law. He made it so simple Call upon him, repent, admit you can’t do anything to get into heaven on your own. Tell him Please Jesus I want to live with you for all eternity.

Hell is described very clearly in the word of god:
Revelation 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
Revelation 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Revelation 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Revelation 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Revelation 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Revelation 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

We still sin after salvation and we need to be careful but if we are saved all sins are forgiven. We need to put our trust in the Holy, Righteous God today. Also not all gods are the same, not all beliefs go to heaven and worship the same god. Jesus Christ is the only one that defeated death, and the only perfect and holy Lord. All the cults are just that a cult with a false god, and leader.

If you have any questions message me and I will try and answer them.

GLORIOUS DAY!!
One day when Heaven was filled with His praises
One day when sin was as black as could be
Jesus came forth to be born of a virgin
Dwelt among men, my example is He
Word became flesh and the light shined among us
His glory revealed
Living, He loved me
Dying, He saved me
Buried, He carried my sins far away
Rising, He justified freely forever
One day He’s coming
Oh glorious day, oh glorious day
One day they led Him up Calvary’s mountain
One day they nailed Him to die on a tree
Suffering anguish, despised and rejected
Bearing our sins, my Redeemer is He
Hands that healed nations, stretched out on a tree
And took the nails for me
Living, He loved me
Dying, He saved me
Buried, He carried my sins far away
Rising, He justified freely forever
One day He’s coming
Oh glorious day, oh glorious day
One day the grave could conceal Him no longer
One day the stone rolled away from the door
Then He arose, over death He had conquered
Now is ascended, my Lord evermore
Death could not hold Him, the grave could not keep Him
From rising again
Living, He loved me
Dying, He saved me
Buried, He carried my sins far away
Rising, He justified freely forever
One day He’s coming
Oh glorious day, oh glorious day
One day the trumpet will sound for His coming
One day the skies with His glories will shine
Wonderful day, my Beloved One bringing
My Savior Jesus is mine
Living, He loved me
Dying, He saved me
Buried, He carried my sins far away
Rising, He justified freely forever
One day He’s coming
Oh glorious day, oh glorious day
Glorious day
Oh glorious day

The Father’s Love Is Amazing!!!

monday-wishes-monday-greetings

Have a Wonderful and Blessed Day!!! The Father’s Love For Us Is So Comforting!!!

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Romans 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Romans 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
Romans 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.
Romans 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

God surely does work all things together for good to those who love Him and are the called according to His purpose. Why does God do that? It’s because of His infinite love for us. So, Paul goes on to tell us some of the amazing things God’s love can do in our lives.

1. FIRST: THE LORD’S LOVE GIVES US INFINITE BLESSINGS.
And vs. 29-32, show us some of the greatest blessings of all:
Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Romans 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
*Did you notice that vital question in vs. 31? “If God be for us, who can be against us?” This points out a wonderful truth for all Christians:

“GOD IS FOR US!”
God is on our side, if we are his child. We are not on the battlefield alone. God has our backs. He is walking with us. He is talking with us. He is both with us and for us!
*God loves us so much that He wants to give us infinite blessings. That’s why Paul asked another question in vs. 32, He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?”

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

*But the greatest gift of all, the greatest demonstration of God’s love, is the gift of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. And in vs. 32, Paul is basically saying God has already given us His best. Now we can count on Him to give us everything else we will ever really need in life.
I know right now many are concerned, some worried, some just trusting the Lord. Our Whole world has been shut down due to the Corona Virus. Many people have different views on why this has happened.

Some of the reasons people are saying are:

I. God’s final wake up call to the lost and wayward Christian.
II. Some are comparing it to when in times past when people were worshipping false gods, living for self things were taken away from them.
III. Some are saying it is a fake virus and the Government is using it to take our guns, our freedoms, make us basically bow to them.
IV. I have heard maybe it is the antichrist getting ready to come on the scene.

Nobody but God truly knows what is going on in the midst of all this. I do know one thing no matter our thoughts, ideas, concerns we need to come up out of hiding in our own little world and start praying, start praising, and trusting our Lord, and Savior. Now is not the time to sleep and be concerned with only self!!
God has always been incredibly good to us! Sadly some may not feel like that right now. But think of all the blessings God has poured into our lives.

Count your blessings,” the old song says, and towering over them all is the cross of Jesus Christ.
The most amazing gift is the gift of salvation for without that right now in this world is the best we will ever have. If not saved and on the way to hell….It will be MUCH WORSE there.

Think about the love, mercy, and grace that Jesus has given to us! Christians: We are saved! We are going to live forever in Heaven. And we have been blessed in countless other ways, so we need to count our blessings.

I read the following story!!
“David Ring is a great example for us. He was born in 1953 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the youngest of eight children. David’s dad was a Baptist minister, but he died when David was only 11. Even more painful was the death of David’s mother from cancer a few years later.
David has cerebral palsy, and he has never been able to speak very plainly. He couldn’t walk like the other children. He couldn’t use his hands and arms like everyone else. And when David became an orphan at the age of 14, no one wanted him. He went from family to family never finding a home.

He was in terrible pain, both physically and emotionally. You know, kids can be cruel, and David was often mocked in public. He was told that no one liked him, and that he would never amount to anything. He gave up on himself, and felt that others, including his family, had done the same.
One sister, however, did not give up on David Ring. She encouraged him to go back to church and school. Eventually he did return to church. And at a service in 1970, David gave his heart and life to Jesus Christ.
He felt like a nobody before. Now he says he’s a somebody for Jesus Christ! Strengthened by his new relationship with Jesus, David went back to high school. There he served as manager of the football, basketball and track teams. David was also voted Most Popular, and Vice President of his class”.

“In 1971, David was called by God into the ministry. He became a full-time evangelist in 1973, and has preached to many thousands of people.
David Ring also said: “I have cerebral palsy, but it doesn’t have me — not for a minute. Count your many blessings and it will blow your ever-loving mind what the Lord has done for you.”

If David Ring can count his blessings, then so can we! — Because God is for us! God gave us His best because of His great love for us. He gave His Son Jesus Christ! Now we can count on God to give us everything else we will ever really need.

2. OUR SAVIOR’S LOVE IS THE SOURCE OF INFINITE BLESSINGS. IT ALSO MAKES US INNOCENT.

Paul stressed this wonderful truth in vs. 33-34, and here he asked two more important questions. First in vs. 33:
Romans 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.

We cannot ever overestimate how important God’s justification is for us all. Without it we all stand guilty before the judgment throne of Almighty God. That’s why Romans 3:19 says:
“Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God”.

All the world is guilty before God, because all of us were born with a sinful nature. That’s why Romans 3:10 says: “There is none righteous, no, not one.” And Romans 3:20 says:
“Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin”.
*No one can be justified by keeping God’s law, because no one has ever been able to keep the law, except for Jesus Christ. And the rest of us? As Romans 3:23 says: “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” We all fall short. We are all guilty with no hope of ever measuring up.

All of us desperately needed God’s justification. Without it we are guilty. But the great news of God’s Word is that all of us can have justification! And it comes by grace through faith.

*That’s why Romans 3:21-25 says:

Romans 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

Christians: In the eyes of God we are now fully justified. It is just as if we had never sinned! And we are innocent in God’s eyes.
Christ died on the cross for us. Amazing grace! And He rose again, so there are no charges left against us! We are innocent in the eyes of the Lord. When you trust in Jesus Christ, you can be certain that you are forgiven forever. And it’s all because of God’s great love!

3. OUR SAVIOR’S LOVE MAKES US INNOCENT. IT ALSO BRINGS HIS INTERCESSION.

We see this amazing truth at the end of vs. 34. Here Paul said that Jesus:
“who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us”.

Christians: Surely whenever we are in need. And maybe every single moment of our lives, Jesus Christ is praying to our Heavenly Father for us! We need to be in daily prayer talking to him.
There is someone BIGGER, STRONGER and WISER praying for us all. Jesus Christ is praying for us! And Jesus always makes the right requests. He never gets distracted. And He never runs out of time, because He is bigger than time!

He knows our every need. He knows us better than we know ourselves! He even knows our future, so we can trust Him fully. All of us can fully trust in Jesus as He is praying for us up in Heaven. And the Lord doesn’t have to pray for us. He wants to, because He loves us!
We need to thank him for answered and UNANSWERED PRAYERS. Some of the things we pray for are not according to Gods will, and therefore would not be good for us. He knows what we need more than we know.

4. THE SAVIOR’S LOVE BRINGS HIS INTERCESSION. HIS LOVE IS ALSO INVINCIBLE.

This is the victorious truth we see in vs. 35-38. Here Paul said:
Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Romans 8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
Romans 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Because of the love of Jesus Christ, we are more than conquerors. We have super-victory over anything and everything the world can throw at us! We have victory in Jesus!
*We even have victory over death through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! .

When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”

5. OUR SAVIOR’S LOVE IS INVINCIBLE! AND HIS LOVE IS INSEPARABLE.

*This is the comforting truth we find in vs. 35. There Paul asked: “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?”
Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Nothing can separate us from the love of God! Our fears for today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell can’t keep God’s love away. Whether we are high above the sky or in the deepest ocean, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
29. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them.

*This is the love that God has for you, for me, and for all of us here today! So put your trust in Jesus. He is the Son of God who came into this world to die on the cross for you. He rose again from the dead. And Jesus will give His everlasting life to you, if you will open your heart to receive Him as your Lord and Savior.

Call on the Lord to save you. Thank Him for His great love. Do everything you can to help other people learn about the love of Jesus Christ.

PLEASE REMEMBER OUR PRECIOUS FATHER, LORD AND SAVIOR IS BIGGER THAN THE CORONA VIRUS, BIGGER THAN CANCER, BIGGER THAN SWORD, AND PERIL.

Seek To Glorify God Not Possessions Or Wealth!!!

Thursday Lord protect you and your family

Have a Wonderful and Blessed day!!! Seek To Glorify God Not Possessions Or Wealth!!!

Proverbs 30:7 Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die:
Proverbs 30:8 Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:
Proverbs 30:9 Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain.

Matthew 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Matthew 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Jeremiah 9:22 Speak, Thus saith the LORD, Even the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and none shall gather them.
Jeremiah 9:23 Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:

Proverbs 30:7 Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die:
Proverbs 30:8 Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:
Proverbs 30:9 Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain.

This prayer of a man named, Agur, is a perfect conclusion of this book. It teaches us the right attitude towards poverty and prosperity. Agur’s prayer is fascinating. In our prayers, many will ask God for more “blessings” (translated, money and material things). We ask God for things that will make our life comfortable. Conversely, we ask God to take away things that make our lives miserable. Sadly too often we seek the glory of God, whether in pain or pleasure.

However, Agur asks neither prosperity nor poverty. Rather, he asks just enough to meet his needs, so that he can honor God in his life. His main motivation in his prayer is neither the comforts of life nor the lack of it, but the glory of God.

God will surely answer the prayer that seeks His glory. Jesus tells us to seek first God’s kingdom and his righteousness. God shall then add to us all the things we need.

When We ask God for prosperity. Yet God’s Word is generally ambivalent on the issue of prosperity. In Proverbs, prosperity is a blessing from God;

Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
Proverbs 10:23 It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.
Proverbs 10:24 The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.
Proverbs 23:4 Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.
Proverbs 23:5 Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.

Nevertheless, God also warns against it. Do not toil to acquire wealth; be discerning enough to desist. When your eyes light on it, it is gone, for suddenly it sprouts wings, fly away like an eagle toward heaven.
Prosperity pastors preach prosperity as the right of God’s children here and now. But that is not what the word of God has to say on this subject. Jesus, and the apostles teach the opposite. “Better is a little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble with it”

Proverbs 15:16 Better is little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure and trouble therewith.

Jesus commands that we seek treasures for heaven, and not on earth;
Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
Matthew 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
He warns against coveting more possessions. “For one’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions”;

Luke 12:15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

Luke 12:16 And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:
Luke 12:17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?
Luke 12:18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.
Luke 12:19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
Luke 12:20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
Luke 12:21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

He urges his disciples to deny themselves, sell everything, and give it to the poor for His sake. Paul also warns against the craving for prosperity, leading rich believers into moral devastation;

1Timothy 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
1Timothy 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1Timothy 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
1Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Instead of seeking prosperity or shunning poverty, let us pray the prayer of Agur. Let us go up to the next level of spiritual living. Let us align our desires with God’s desires for us which is neither prosperity nor poverty. Rather, His desire is His glory in our lives. His desire is for people to know the Lord—His steadfast love, justice, and righteousness;

Let us therefore pray, not for prosperity or poverty, but for the glory of God in our lives.

The words “before I die” in Proverbs 30:7 denote “my remaining lifetime.” With Agur, let us desire the following two things for the remainder of our lives—

(1) Neither poverty nor prosperity.
(2) Only the food that we need.

We sure see right now with this Corona Virus and how people are becoming wicked hoarding things from Toilet paper, paper towels, wipes, food, milk and eggs to price gouging. I have heard of some wicked people doing some awful things. One example is a man who bought thousands of rolls of Toilet paper and is selling it for a high price on eBay. I really believe the social medias such as eBay should block these people doing this and not helping them be wicked.
Proverbs 30:7 Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die:

As Agur needs neither poverty nor prosperity, so he does not also need “falsehood and lying.” Deceit might soon make him rich. Yet he has found out that such riches are quickly lost, leading to death. Deception is an abomination to the LORD. It will disrupt his effort to live with the divine will. It will soon destroy himself and others;
Proverbs 6:16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
Proverbs 6:17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
Proverbs 6:18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
Proverbs 6:19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
Proverbs 6:20 My son, keep thy father’s commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother:
The falsehood of prosperity is that we are self-sufficient, making us forget God or putting Him on the sideline.

“An atheist was walking through the woods. He heard a rustling in the bushes, turned, and saw a large lion. He ran away as fast as he could. He looked over his shoulder and saw that the lion was closing in on him. He tripped and fell on the ground. He rolled over but the lion was already on top of him, raising its paw to strike him. At that moment, the atheist cried, “Oh, my God!” People who do not claim to believe in God, mock the idea of a mighty God who paid our sin debt in full; will certainly use his name in vain when they hit their thumb with a hammer, break something, got mad at someone or when in fear of something such as the man running from the lion call out to God”.

Time stopped. The lion froze. The forest was silent. As a bright light shone upon the man, a voice came out of the sky. “You deny my existence for all these years, teach others I don’t exist and even credit creation to cosmic accident. Do you expect me to help you out of this predicament? Am I to count you as a believer?”

“The atheist looked directly into the light, “It would be hypocritical of me to suddenly ask you to treat me as a Christian now, but perhaps you could make the LION a Christian?”
“Very well,” said the voice”.

The light went out. The sounds of the forest resumed. And the lion dropped his right paw, brought both paws together, bowed his head and spoke: “Lord bless this food for the nourishment of my body, in Jesus’ Name. Amen!”

It is not just the atheists who live like there is no God. There are also prosperous Christians who behave as if God is only the God of Sundays. They behave as if they do not need God, except in a crisis. The lie of prosperity is that you no longer need God. You have no use of God. You have everything. However, you forget that everything that you have comes from God. Such is the deception of prosperity.

On the other hand, there is also the lie of poverty. The lie of poverty is that you no longer need to fear, reverence, and obey God. You stop trusting God. You resort to harming others. In this case, Agur fears that if he is poor, he might steal from others and thus profane God.
Some people who live in poverty take matters into their own hands. They have lost faith in God. They steal, cheat, and do things contrary to God’s will. Poverty becomes an excuse for disobedience of God’s law. That is the lie of poverty.

Thus, Agur’s prayer for the removal of falsehood is merely introductory. The main point of his prayer concerns only two things—(1) do not give me poverty or riches; (2) give me only the food that I need.
Agur does not ask for more or less, but only enough. That is what we should ask God concerning material things. Do not ask for more or less than you need, but just enough of the things you need.

Is that not what Jesus taught us to pray? He said, “Give us this day our daily bread.” We are to ask for daily bread, not for bread for the next 30 days. If we ask for bread for the next 30 days and God supplies it, we might stop trusting God. But we need to ask only for our daily bread, so we will learn to trust God daily. We need not ask for more or less, but only our daily bread.

If you have one cell phone that meets your need, why crave for the latest android on the market? If you have one car that meets your need, why buy one more? If you do not need an iPod, why buy one? We crave for more things. We forget Jesus’ warning against covetousness—the craving for more possessions. Then when we possess these things, we take pride in them. We show them off to others. John calls it the pride of possessions worldliness—loving the things of this world. But God hates worldliness;

1John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
1John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

What motivates the prayer of Agur? Two things drive Agur—positively, the glory of God; and negatively, the realization of the deceit of his heart. First, he is concerned for the glory of God in his life. He does not want riches or poverty to rob God of His glory in his life. He seeks only the supremacy and lordship of God in his life.

Second, he is concerned with the deceitfulness of his heart. He knows that when he gets rich, he may forget God. He also knows that when he becomes poor, he may profane God. He knows that the heart is deceitful above all things.

Nobody can fathom the sinful human heart. If you have money, you might deny the Lord. If you have no money, you might steal and bring dishonor to the Lord.
The problem with abundance is that we might seek more abundance;
Proverbs 27:20 Hell and destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied.
Proverbs 30:15 The horseleach hath two daughters, crying, Give, give. There are three things that are never satisfied, yea, four things say not, It is enough:

We are never satisfied. But to seek prosperity, Paul warns, is to fall into temptation, into a trap, and into many harmful desires that lead to destruction;

1Timothy 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
The problem with poverty is that we might believe falsely that what is not ours is ours.
Thus, Agur was wise to ask neither prosperity nor poverty. Rather, he asks only enough to meet his needs. The reason is that he seeks the glory of God in his life. Seeking God’s glory, he will not ask for prosperity, lest he will deny God. He will not ask for poverty, lest he will dishonor God. Seeing that his heart is deceitful, he asks neither poverty nor riches.

That is the wise attitude toward prosperity and poverty. That is how we should ask God concerning money. We should ask one-eyed. One eye looks up to heaven. The other eye looks down at our hearts. We should ask God, while searching our hearts.

Ask not riches, lest you will deny God. Ask not poverty, lest you will profane God. But ask how you can glorify God. Ask how you can be faithful to God. Ask how you can overcome the deceit of your heart. Ask not for more or less, but only your daily bread. Rest content in whatever God shall give you.

Seek the glory of God in your life. Then you will live a blessed life!

Wednesday blessing nothing shall be impossible

Have a Wonderful and Blessed day!!! Find Strength In The Lord!!!

Isaiah 40:28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
Isaiah 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Isaiah 40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Where do you go when you feel weak, powerless, and defeated? Isaiah gives us hope by sharing with us three truths to restore hope and be strengthened by the Lord.

This prophecy of Isaiah is during a very dark time in the nation of Judah. God had delivered them from the Assyrian Army decades ago, but Judah has continued in sin and been judged. Isaiah had prophesied and it is now happening that Babylon has come to destroy them and taking every thing of value and beauty from them. There sins were many, worshiping idols and immorality. But, in this passage God is telling them that they have sinned in trusting in their own strength and in their political alliances instead of trusting in Him.

Out of the darkest of times in the life of Judah, God’s Word comes as a message of hope to them thru Isaiah.

Are in your own dark place right now. You’re struggling under a load that is killing you. You’ve tried everything you know to do, but still you feel there is no hope. You don’t know what to do! If this describes your situation, hold on and listen, there is hope in God when we are his child.
Isaiah is giving us three truths today to restore hope!

1. OUR GOD IS POWERFULLY ABLE.
Isaiah 40:28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
Isaiah is excited about something good. He wants to share some awesome news.
It reminds me of a young wife who was having difficulty concieving, and now got news of much awaited baby. She wants to tell everybody. She is filled with hope, excitement, blessings.
* Isaiah’s news is much better. His news is that there is hope for those who are living in defeat. Broken-hearted. Weary of the struggle.
Those that feel there is no hope and no use to even try again.
Those whose problems and burdens are to big to solve.
* What is this news?

A. Our God is Powerful.

Isaiah, here, is bragging on God. It is a sin to brag about yourself, but it isn’t a sin to brag about God. And, He can always back it up! It is far better for others to compliment us or praise things we have accomplished and not self.

What are God’s attributes that Isaiah mentions?
1. Everlasting God- the only God there’s ever been or will be!
2. The Lord- He is Supreme and everything is under His authority.
3. The Creator- if He created it, He owns it.
4. All Powerful- (fainteth not) He never tires.
5. He is Wisdom personified- cannot be understood by finite creatures. We are only able to understand of Him what He chooses to reveal.
B. Our God wants to share His Power with us.
Isaiah 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
I have had some tough times in my life and it always blessed me when I was ready to give up “Too Tired” he gave me more strength and power to get through the tough time.
God is not content to merely hold onto His power within Himself. He takes great delight in empowering His children to do the works of God.
* He took Moses, a weak man unable to even speak well, and gave him the power to part the waters so Israel could walk across on dry land.
* He empowered a normal man, Samson, to destroy thousands of His enemies single handedly.
* He transformed the teenage boy, David, into a giant-killer.
** God takes great pleasure in empowering the ordinary to do the extraordinary.

2. OUR FLESH IS MISERABLY WEAK.
Isaiah 40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

In verse 29, Isaiah told us God offers His strength to us.
We often fail God in two ways when we operate in our own power.
(1) We give out. We can only do things in our own strength for so long before we grow weary and tired.
(2) We Stumble badly. We fall into sin because of pride, discourage,
Galatians 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Galatians 6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
3. WE FIND NEW STRENGTH IN THE LORD.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

God is promising us His power at work in our lives, but it comes with a single condition: that we “wait on the Lord.”
What does this mean?

* not sitting around waiting and doing nothing.
* “Waiting on the Lord” means we have an attitude and practice of living in complete dependence on the Lord and a willingness to allow Him to show us what, where and how to live in this life.
* You have a choice in life. You can do it your own way or God’s way. Look at your life up to now. Has it always been smooth sailing doing it your own way? Why not try His way for a change?

3 Kinds of strength that God promises those that “wait on the Lord”?

(1). Spiritual Renewal. (Wings of Eagles)

Have you ever watched an Eagle fly? They go way up high. They rarely flap their wings up there. They spread their wings and soar along being kept uplifted by the winds under their wings. Their flight is effortless.
* As a believer, the Holy Spirit lifts you up and supports you. You have the choice of struggling thru life in your own power and strength or allowing the Holy Spirit to lift you up to places higher than you could ever imagine. And, He makes the flight for us to demand less effort and is more peaceful.

(2). Strength to Serve. (Run the Race)

(The following is a short lesson I found)
“Dad came home from work and his little boy met him at the car and said “Hey Daddy, today I beat a snake!”
Dad asked, “Did you beat him with a rock or with a stick?”
Son said, “I beat him running!”

Paul often compared our lives of serving Christ with that of running a race. He said of himself that he strived to serve in such a way that he would win the prize that Christ would award him. It’s sad to see how many well-meaning Christians have stopped “running the race”. They served for some time, but somewhere along the way, they just quit. Maybe they got discouraged, maybe they took their eye off the ball and became worldly. Whatever the reason, they quit running the race.
It always breaks my heart when someone will say “She is not serving, but at least she is saved”, or “I am saved but really have no time to serve the Lord but hey I at least got saved”. I truly have heard both statements more than we should hear them.

* Paul wrote to the Galatians and admonished them for not serving Christ like they once did. He told them…….

Galatians 5:7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?
Galatians 5:8 This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.
1Corinthians 9:23 And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
1Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
1Corinthians 9:25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
1Corinthians 9:26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
Philippians 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

* What about each of us? Are we still feeling the power of the Holy Spirit in our life and ministry? Are you still faithfully serving Him?
Or have you drifted away and no longer running the race, no longer serving Him?

* The answer is found in coming back to Christ and allowing the Holy Spirit to breathe new strength into your life so that you can serve Him in His anointing. Don’t allow yourself be ashamed at the coming of Christ by finding you unfaithful and not serving Him.

(3). Strength to Finish the Course. (The Walk of Life)

You see, my life the last few years has been difficult for me medically. Surgery, pain, confinement, pain relievers, sometimes it has all combined together brought me to a place of lack of energy to finish my race. Not sadness, really, but it has taken away some of my motivation.

This is what stress and the pains of this world can do to the believer. Maybe your going thru something similar. Maybe you feel like you just can’t go on, wanting to quit. What is the answer.

Let’s put our complete dependence on the Lord Jesus Christ and asked Him to spiritually renew us so that I can finish the course.
In 2 Timothy, Paul talked about finishing well. He knew he only had a short time to live and soon he would go home to heaven to be with Jesus. All that mattered to him, was finishing well. He said that all his life he served God with all his heart and now he could die without any regrets. He had done his best.

2Timothy 4:6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
2Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

How about us? Are we still walking in faith in the Lord? Are we serving Him faithfully? When we are about to enter thru death’s door, will we be able to do so without regret, knowing we have finished the course well?
It’s not too late. If you’ve taken a detour in life, call out to Jesus. Ask Him to forgive you. to restore you. to give you the power in the Holy Spirit to serve Him again and to finish well.
HE LIFTED ME UP
In loving-kindness Jesus came,
My soul in mercy to reclaim,
And from the depths of sin and shame
Through grace He lifted me.
From sinking sand He lifted me,
With tender hand He lifted me;
From shades of night to plains of light,
Oh, praise His Name, He lifted me!
He called me long before I heard,
Before my sinful heart was stirred,
But when I took Him at His word,
Forgiv’n, He lifted me.
His brow was pierced with many a thorn,
His hands by cruel nails were torn,
When from my guilt and grief, forlorn,
In love He lifted me.
Now on a higher plane I dwell,
And with my soul I know ’tis well;
Yet how or why, I cannot tell,
He should have lifted me.
From sinking sand He lifted me,
With tender hand He lifted me;
From shades of night to plains of light,
Oh, praise His Name, He lifted me!

Heaven Is Not A Fairy tale!!!

Tuesday Philippians 4 7

Have a Wonderful and Blessed day!!! Heaven Is Not Make Believe!!!
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Revelation 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Revelation 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
“AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER” In the case of Heaven this is a true statement, and not as Disney claims “HAPPILY EVER AFTER”.
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And they all lived happily ever after.” We all like stories with a happy ending. We read them to our children and grandchildren. But, as grown-ups, we know that such stories are not true. Living happily ever after only happens in the realm of make believe. However there is one Book we can trust and believe that after life here ends and we know Jesus as Lord and Savior we will live happily everafter in heaven.
Let’ s look at verse 4 again…..No more deaths

Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

1. No more sorrow
2. No more crying
3. No more pain

Just imagine heaven; No need to lock your doors; No more doctors; no more lawyers; No more police officers.

No need for any of these..
Heaven, is not a fairy tale
It is real….. It is not like the CInderella story,,,,, It is not like the Hansel, and Gretel story we heard as kids.

Someday those who have put their faith , and believed in Jesus Christ as Savior, are going Home. C.S. Lewis said, “If nothing in this world satisfies me, perhaps it is because I was made for another world.”
It is not about who have been good, and who have been bad, It is about where have we placed our hope, and trust. If we have accepted Jesus Christ, to be our risen Lord and Savior, and humbled ourselves, and repented , then the blood of Christ has removed our sins.. The apostle Paul said “we preach Christ and not ourselves”;

2Corinthians 4:5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.
The book of Revelation gives us a glance at what heaven will be like, and we can know , without a shadow of doubt, that this will be our destination, if we are born again Christians.
Things of this life are temporary

This earth is not our home. We are as Pilgrims as we live on this earth.
Romans 8:18 Paul says;

“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us”.
If you are not from the South, you may not have heard the term RECKON. It is a word southerners use a lot. Someone may ask you; Are you going to church Sunday, and you would probably say; I reckon I will, if the Lord wills.

I had heard a joke once, saying that Paul must have been from the South,

Paul was saying, that no matter what we go through here on earth, the pain, and sorrow, and troubles, they are not worth even mentioning, when comparing them to the glory that God will reveal to us. This stuff down here , is just temporary
Some day, we will be able to say,,,And they lived happily ever after….

HEAVEN IS NOT A FAIRY TALE..
Heaven is a real place, and as Christians, we will be able to enjoy all the things that God has in store for us.
I wonder why children have no problem believing in heaven. Maybe that is why Jesus said ” unless you become as a little child, you will not enter into the Kingdom of God.

Luke 18:17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.
The word heaven appears over 700 times in the Bible. Revelation tells us more about heaven than any other book.
John 14:1-3 ,
John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
John 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Jesus tells his disciples, shortly before He was crucified……..Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
Heaven isn’t a fairy tale. It’s a real place.
Let’s look at some things that will be in heaven..
If you belong to Christ, you’ll meet again those you’ve lost who’ve also known Christ. Our relationships won’t be lost.
1 Corinthians 15:51-52
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
We will be changed, and have new spiritual bodies..We won’t hurt, and suffer there.

a. There are no tears in Heaven. In heaven there’s no sadness, no more tears. “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes” (Rev. 21:4).
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
There are no doctors or hospitals.

No need for doctors, or dentists,, no sorrow, or pain.
And we’ll know each other. We’ll have glorified bodies, just as Jesus has. For all eternity He’ll be with us and we’ll know and see Him. That’s what He told us, “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, ‘Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God Himself will be with them as their God’”.

The best part of Heaven is that Jesus will be there.
I believe, that heaven is a real place, and when we see Jesus, we will fall down and worship Him“
I believe that the angels, and all who are in heaven , worship and praise Him constantly.
Revelation 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

For those of you reading this that are saved I know this is a basic message but one that encourages us in times of storms. If you are not a born again child of God call upon him and recieve comfort and understanding!!

THIS WORLD IS NOT MY HOME
This world is not my home I’m just a passing through
My treasures are laid up somewhere beyond the blue
The angels beckon me from heaven’s open door
And I can’t feel at home in this world anymore
Oh lord you know I have no friend like you
If heaven’s not my home then lord what will I do
The angels beckon me from heaven’s open door
And I can’t feel at home in this world anymore
I have a loving mother just over in gloryland
And I don’t expect to stop until I shake her hand
She’s waiting now for me in heaven’s open door
And I can’t feel at home in this world anymore
Oh lord you know I have no friend like you
If heaven’s not my home Then lord what will I do
The angels beckon me From heaven’s open door
And I can’t feel at home In this world anymore
Just over in gloryland
We’ll live eternally
The saints on every hand are shouting victory
Their songs of sweetest praise
Drift back from heaven’s shore
And I can’t feel at home In this world anymore
Oh lord, you know I have no friend like you
If heaven’s not my home Then lord what will I do
The angels beckon me From heaven’s open door
And I can’t feel at home In this world anymore
