Lay Your Burdens At His Feet

Have A Wonderful Day!!! Cast Your Cares On Him!!!

Take Them Weights Off Your Shoulders; This is a so much about me, worry!!! We need to realize worry is a huge sin against the Lord. He tells us TRUST HIM!!!! What is saying to our Precious Lord when we don’t trust him? To be concerned is one thing, to be worried and untrusting is completely sinful. I am the first one to say trust the Lord and yet I fall into the worry fool syndrome. Can worry fix any problem? NO WAY it can make things worse. We can become sick, miserable, hard to be around, and cause problems in our relationship with our Precious Lord.
Our Father’s shoulders are sure wide enough to carry all our burdens, and he is willing to carry them, and he wants us to cast our cares on him. What more does he have to do or say for us to trust him and just put our burdens on him, and leave them there?

Often times it is a pride issue, “only I can take care of my problems”. Really so you handle things better than the Creator of the universe, the mighty God, the King of kings? “The problem is with my family, so I need to walk on eggshells” really the Lord put the delicate little forget me not flowers together he is too clumsy to be delicate with your family’s feelings?
Take time write down the things that are truly causing you worry, stress. Take them before the Lord in your prayer closet, and talk to the Lord about each one. Hand them over (willing not to take them back) then file the sheet of paper. Ask the Lord for help in this area, and truly work at casting your cares on him. If we spend all are time on worry, sadness, how can we be any help to the Lord? If we truly want to serve the Lord, be any use to the lost world we need to get up out of the miry clay of worry, self-pity, and get busy for the Lord.

DON’T WASTE PRECIOUS TIME IN WORRY AND SELF-PITY WHILE SO MANY ARE DYING WITHOUT JESUS GET BUSY FOR JESUS!!!!! LOVE CHERYL AND JESUS LOVES YOU MORE SO PLEASE LISTEN AND OBEY HIM EVERYDAY:)

Psalm 55:14 We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.
Psalm 55:15 Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.
Psalm 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me.
Psalm 55:17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
Psalm 55:18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
Psalm 55:19 God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
Psalm 55:20 He hath put forth his hands against such as be at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant.
Psalm 55:21 The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.
Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Matthew 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Matthew 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Matthew 6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
Matthew 6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
Matthew 6:29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Matthew 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Matthew 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
1Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
1Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
IS YOUR ALL ON THE ALTAR
You have longed for sweet peace,
And for faith to increase,
And have earnestly, fervently prayed;
But you cannot have rest,
Or be perfectly blest,
Until all on the altar is laid.
Is your all on the altar of sacrifice laid?
Your heart does the Spirit control?
You can only be blest,
And have peace and sweet rest,
As you yield Him your body and soul.
Would you walk with the Lord,
In the light of His Word,
And have peace and contentment alway?
You must do His sweet will,
To be free from all ill,
On the altar your all you must lay.
Is your all on the altar of sacrifice laid?
Your heart does the Spirit control?
You can only be blest,
And have peace and sweet rest,
As you yield Him your body and soul.
O we never can know
What the Lord will bestow
Of the blessings for which we have prayed,
Till our body and soul
He doth fully control,
And our all on the altar is laid.
Is your all on the altar of sacrifice laid?
Your heart does the Spirit control?
You can only be blest,
And have peace and sweet rest,
As you yield Him your body and soul.
Who can tell all the love
He will send from above,
And how happy our hearts will be made,
Of the fellowship sweet
We shall share at His feet,
When our all on the altar is laid.
Is your all on the altar of sacrifice laid?
Your heart does the Spirit control?
You can only be blest,
And have peace and sweet rest,
As you yield Him your body and soul.

O JESUS THOU ART STANDING
O Jesus, Thou art standing, outside the fast closed door,
In lowly patience waiting to pass the threshold o’er:
Shame on us, Christian brothers, His name and sign who bear,
O shame, thrice shame upon us, to keep Him standing there!
O Jesus, Thou art knocking; and lo, that hand is scarred,
And thorns Thy brow encircle, and tears Thy face have marred:
O love that passeth knowledge, so patiently to wait!
O sin that hath no equal, so fast to bar the gate!
O Jesus, Thou art pleading in accents meek and low,
I died for you, My children, and will you treat Me so?
O Lord, with shame and sorrow we open now the door;
Dear Savior, enter, enter, and leave us nevermore.

Love
Cheryl
